We checked out every vehicle audio shop in town. Bayou was the cleanest and most professional. When some of our parts weren't delivered, Raymond's wife drove all the way to Hattiesburg to get the correct parts. They definitely went above and beyond. We love our new system and highly recommend Bayou Autosound and Security.

Once again, they exceeded my expectations. Friendly. Clean & Organized. The technician removed an older amp and speaker and installed a new under seat sub. Now I have clean low sound without that huge box taking up space in my suburban. Good Job!

I just had to say how great my experience was working with Jeff. He helped me get the right speaker package for my truck. Not only was his customer service...he was a kool person. The Owner/Mr. Raymond awesome was knowledgeable about the products. They also changed my headlights and taillights. Im brighter than my 18 wheeler. Didnt even know that was possible. Changed out my speakers on the inside. Police stop me not for how loud I was...But the quality...I also changed out my in dash to the Stinger 10 in...Shoutout yo the females who said size matter...lol...Now i would absolutely recommend y’all go out and see them! I’m so in love with my sound system and car alarm. I couldn’t ask for a better experience! Thanks Bayou Autosound!

November 2020 I got 4 speakers, sub, amp, and back up camera installed. June 2022 I came back in for some troubleshooting (couple of speakers would cut in and out when I hit a bump). Raymond, Jeff, and Kilian worked together to get everything working like it did originally. Their service goes above and beyond the call of duty. My battery (car battery, not anything to do with my sound/security) had a week connection and they went so far as to clean it and tighten it. Thank you gentlemen for your outstanding service.

I was looking for a sound system and back up camera for my jeep. I called Bayou and spoke with Mr Raymond. He was so incredibly patient and answered all of my questions with knowledge and experience. He worked through the details with me and set up for install today. I am thrilled with my install. It looks awesome and sounds fabulous! I installed the Rockford Fosgate speakers on my 2015 Ultra CVO Limited with subs in the bags they recommended having a audio shop tune it when you are done with installation. Well I looked around and decided to go with Bayou Audio because they seemed like they could handle a bike tune. They were friendly and knowledgeable and when I picked my bike up after the tune I was so amazed at how well it sounded compared to when I dropped it off I spent over 4 K on this system but was really not happy with the sound until now It was truest work every penny on this upgrade but it a must to have it professionally tined or you won’t be happy. It sounds amazing and clear subs are perfect I can’t say how much I’m pleased with these guys if you own a bike and have this upgrade get it tuned but these guys you won’t be disappointed it will complete your audio install highghy recommend

I cannot say enough about what a pleasure it was to work with Raymond and the guys at Bayou Autosound. I needed to replace the stereo in my boat and they were knowledgeable, honest and professional. The installation was clean and the boat sounds great - by my 15 year old's thinking that is the best part of the boat. As a side note, while I was there I saw them fix a guy's alarm system in a few minutes with no charge. This was after the customer had spoken to Toyota and a few other places. Instead of telling him how hare it would be, Bayou told him to bring it in. They took a look and fixed it on the spot. I cannot recommend them enough.

Being new to the Slidell area, we were looking for someone to install a new sound system in my 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK. After a very bad experience at the “new” shop in town, we came across The Bayou Auto guys. What a blessing!!! I can not express how professional these guys are. They didn’t try to be pushy to sell me anything and they certainly didn’t tell me to go a radio somewhere else and bring it back to them to install. The owners are always there and hands on with everything and super helpful. Just got my system in my car yesterday and in my truck about a year ago. They have the best prices around. Plus they do financing if you don't have the money up front. But everything is super affordable and super professional and super friendly. They make you feel like family and not just a customer.
